Bio
Mr. Salam Debbarma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Saint Paul’s College, Agartala. He qualified the UGC-NET in Political Science in 2023. He holds an M.A. in Political Science from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), awarded in 2023, and a B.A. from Union Christian College, completed in 2020.
Before joining Saint Paul’s College, he served as Guest Faculty at BBMC College for two and a half years, where he gained experience in teaching, academic engagement, and mentoring students.
Through his teaching he encourages students to examine political institutions, democratic processes, and political change at regional and global levels.
